Permissions and keys are stored on a separate sever while the original file remains in your network, making it easy to locate and access files.

SpinFire Protect provides strong and flexible permissions that can be assigned to a single user or group of users. This allows users to only view documents, protecting against screen capture programs and unauthorized printing, even setting an expiration date and time for access to a document, or provide users with control over their permissions. SpinFire Protect also compresses all files before encryption allowing the swift transfer of files from author to reader with great ease.
